In the order details page, at the bottom of the page, history part is there anything strange in the comments ? Do you have things returned in the payment error log file in Configuration > Main > Files ? And yes, we still have the problem as of yesterday. We had 1 duplicate come in, 3 that were ok and then another duplicate. So it's not every order. The other day our host had an issue and the system become very slow so i thought maybe the customer got impatient and resent the order but yesterday there were no performance issues that i am aware of. I don't see anything strange in order detail as compared to the other orders that went through properly. I am no sure how to access the error log file so i cannot comment on that one yet. Having one order confirmed and several orders created/cancelled just before is quite common when the customer goes back and forth between the HikaShop checkout and the payment gateway as a new order is created at the end of the checkout each time. However, what are really important are the confirmed order. You should not have duplicates on them.
