When a customer edits their address information or logs in as a guest and adds their address information, if they choose Paypal as payment method, the cart switches back to "Check" when they click the Next button. If I log in, clicking the Next button keeps the payment method as Paypal. However, any edits to the address will change the payment method back to Check again.
