Clicking on the URL takes the user to Hiakshop. We have only one payment method defined, for Paypal. Paypal is configured with an "auto return" set to lmphrf.org/index.php/paypal-payment-ok (which points to Lmphrf monohull » PaymentconfirmedForm). This all works just fine except that, when the user is sent back to the paymentconfirmedform page he is no longer logged in to Joomla. My php code tracks both the login username and the remote IP address, and uses either or both to record the successful payment. We can understand your frustration, but you should understand that the Hikashop Paypal payment plugin is responsible for : - Displaying a PayPal payment method during the payment step of your checkout workflow - Redirecting your customers to the Paypal platform while sending them your customers order information - Updating your customers order status when the PayPal platform redirect them to the notification URL The Hikashop component and the Hikashop Paypal payment plugin won't be responsible of what happen on the PayPal website during the payment process, we are Hikashop developers, not PayPal developers. Also, I wasn't able to reproduce that issue on my end so your issue can be coming from multiple factors like : - The way you configure your website/server. For example you should make sure that your customers are properly redirected to the same domain. If they should be redirected to **https:// lmphrf.org** /xxx make sure they are note redirected to **http**![:/](/irritated.gif ":/")/ lmphrf.org /xxx or https:// **[ www.lmphrf.org](http://www.lmphrf.org)** /xxx or **http:// [ www.lmphrf.org](http://www.lmphrf.org)** /xxx ==> [ stackoverflow.com/questions/234723/gener...irect-www-to-non-www](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/234723/generic-htaccess-redirect-www-to-non-www) - The way you configured your PayPal account. For example, you shouldn't have to use their "Auto return" option as we already send them information about the notify URL so you should also test it without that option. ==> Also, if you want your customer to be redirected based on the payment result, you should use "Cancel/Return url" options through your PayPal configuration page.
