Could you please help?")* Hi, That looks like a bug of the some elements of your JSN page builder. If you're using an old version of it, you should probably update it. If you're using the latest version already, then you'll have to contact the support of JSN so that they can look into it. Also, I would recommend to try again with the "debug mode" setting of the Joomla configuration activated. That should display more information about the error message like the file path and the line number where the problem appears. That will help the developers understand what is missing where.
