Thanks.")* Hi, We've made some patches for the drawer system in the past few weeks. Download again the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and it should help. Also, if the update, after clearing the cache, doesn't help, if you have an override for the view product / cart, try to deactivate it temporarily by renaming the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/com_hikashop/product/cart.php via FTP to see if that helps. Thanks.")* Hi, From what I understand, it seems that you've customized the display of the quantity input area, but the customization only applies in one case and not the other. You must have made it via a view override. The first thing to do is to activate the "Display view files" setting of the HikaShop configuration and check that the same view file is used in both cases. If that's not the case, then you probably want to add your customization to the other view file so that both are consistant. If it's the same view file, then you'll have to debug the code in the view override you've made. Maybe some variable is different for some reason and the customization doesn't take that into account properly ? On checking the layout, it using the same layouts/quantity.php and it already overwrite. Thanks.")* Hi, Since both use the same layout and it has an override, rename temporarily the templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/layouts/quantity.php file to something else via FTP. This will deactivate the override. Then, clear your website cache if any, and check that both pages display the quantity input in the cart module the same way. If that's the case, the problem is with the customization made in the override. I don't what change you made so I can't say what to do exactly. If you can't figure it out, I can have a look at the problem for a fee since it falls into the custom development category. In that case, I'll have to investigate with a backend super admin access. If that's not the case, and you still have the display difference between both pages, then it would point at a bug in the default code of the view file for some reason. Thanks.")* I think I have the same issue. No overrides. Latest (16.10.2025) version installed. Latest J5.4, casiopea. If I click on add to cart sometimes drawer opens and sometime not. Go to shop, click add to cart - no drawer. Add to cart again, drawer opens. Delete product in cart, add to cart again - no drawer. Have tryed with diferent setings of cart notification plugin, no result. Thanks.")* Hi, I think that the issue is caused by the same thing you described before here. So the issue will also be fixed by the next update of HikaShop. Unfortunately, we got delayed. It was to be released 2 weeks ago but as it is turning into a big update (with Joomla 6 being released, and new features). It should be released soon.
