Please redownload HikaShop 2.2.2, it was a problem with the custom fields loading which are in HikaShop Business (so in HikaShop Essential, this part of code should be called). Is it possible to have some details about your checkout workflow configuration ? I created a test account (jerome_hikashop) and make a test order that I canceled in paypal. I didn't see any notice. Can you try to reproduce the problem with another account ? I will recommend you to configure your default tax zone, you still use "France / Rhone".
