So first, please check your products. If your products are fine, then it comes from your shipping methods. In that case, please provide a screenshot of the settings of your shipping methods (make sure that you blur the sensitive data). I did check all the dimensions/weights of the products and they seem to be all set up (weight - in lbs and dimensions in inches). Still getting "No shipping method found." Can you check that the address that you're using for your test customer is in the USA ? Otherwise, it won't work. Besides that, it seems to be configured properly. I tried to look at your checkout but I can't register and don't have a login so I can't test. Regarding the error before logging in, it's normal that you get it the way your checkout workflow is configured. You should set the login view on a first step with the rest on a second step, once the user is logged in since your shipping gateways require the destination address to be known in order to calculate the shipping fees. Now you have the opportunity to register as a guest. But when I try checking out, I still get "Shipping method not found" in addition to another error in red. So there might be an issue with them, or the available shipping methods in your fedex account. The Fedex support should be able to give you more information on the problem as it's something on their end now. We filled out all the necessary information, followed the steps on your documentation, and are still getting "No shipping method found" when we try to check out with an item. openSSL and soap are activated on the server. Can you please try to help us figure out what we are doing wrong?")* With mine, the FedEx is working just fine for the US shipments, but it shows the "No shipping method found" for the international shipments. All of my FexEx account info is in there, weight dimensions,etc. Does anyone know what is going on here and how I could fix it? If yes, can you also provide a screenshot of your customer address, product dimensions&weight settings so that we can reproduce the problem on our end ?
