The xxxxx-xxxx format is not recognized as being in the range. If it doesn't find a shipping method available for your zip code, it means that there is no shipping method for the range of the zip code. Not that if you allow for 9 digits zip codes, you need 9 digits zip code ranges. So I guess that you didn't configure manual shipping methods with 9 digit ranges in your shipping methods which is why you think that it doesn't work. Min: 12345 Max: 23456 What format is required in the Min and Max fields to accommodate 9 digit zip codes? Like the following? Min: 12345-0000 Max: 23456-9999 Or could one shipping method suffice? In your case, if you want these options to do what you want you'll have to directly edit the Hikashop code, but some development skills will be required.
