Example of Shipping Rates * Product 1: shipping $10 - per item * Product 2: shipping $20 - per item * Product 3: shipping $5 - per item Also these rate need to be only for the metro region around the store, otherwise they need shipping calculated manually. Then, in each product, you will be able to configure the shipping price for that product for that shipping method.
