I understand that you can be frustrated, it's true that Hikashop can be hard to use and understand at the beginning. Regarding the documentation, it's true that it doesn't cover every possibility of use that Hikashop offer, but Hikashop really offer a LOT of possibilities so we try to improve it every day. In your case, you'll find your answer through that [ documentation page](http://www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/integrated-documentation/10-hikashop/31-hikashop-shipping-manual-form.html#generic) : > Use the prices per product: With that option, you can activate the price per product system for that shipping method.
