Disable the manual shipping method and then you should see an error message during the checkout, during the shipping methods selection step, telling you what is the problem with your settings. There is obviously something missing in the configuration or there is an issue with the UPS account. Do we need to have a specific type of account with UPS in order to use this Hikashop plugin? Your documentation [ www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...ipping-ups-form.html](http://www.hikashop.com/support/support/documentation/95-hikashop-shipping-ups-form.html) says “UPS Access Key: Your UPS Access Key. You can get this key on this page **if you already have an UPS account.**” So, our regular UPS account access key will not work? I see many people have this very same problem. If you correctly filled the UPS credentials options and a correct warehouse, you SHOULD have an UPS shipping method available. Did you set a restriction option through your UPS configuration page ? In Hikashop > System > SHipping Methods? If so then the answer is no - we did not set up any restrictions.
