I tried several ways but nothing seems to work. I used the HikaShop manual shipping plugin to set up two shipping methods with different zones (Windhoek / Out of Windhoek). The zones I set up before as shipping zones under the country Namibia. (I also tried payment zones before but it didn't work either) I use a guest registration / ask address in registration. Here I added a custom field (type shipping zone). I think the system is supposed to get the shipment zone and then select the correct shipping method? I think I did everything right but the system will not recognize the shipping zones. It shows a "No shipping methods available for your location" error Regards, Sebastian")* Hi, HikaShop only takes into account what you select in the address_state and address_country custom fields for the shipping methods zone restrictions. So if you try to use that with another custom field, it won't work. Also, the shipping zone needs to have the zones you want as sub zones. If you set the shipping zone as a sub zone of another zone, it won't do anything. So for example, if you want a "Europe" shipping zone, you need to add all the European country zones as sub zones of that shipping zone. What would you suggest for my problem: My customer wants to deliver to Namibia. Only for Windhoek (the capital) there should be an additional option to pick up the goods.
