It appears the shipping block refresh is not activated on edit save, it is on address select but not edit save. What is the trigger for this? I've tried a few with no luck. The patches are in administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/address.php and administrator/components/com_hikashop/cart.php So I would recommend redownloading the package again to get the new patch. It should definitely work with it.
