Is it a feature request?")* Hi, That would be a feature request. Actually, you're the first one asking for that so far. Note that you can also create a coupon with a shipping discount via the Orders>Coupons menu. You can also activate the "auto load in cart if possible" setting of the coupon if you want the shipping discount to apply automatically. And you can set a start and end date for the discount. So via this round about method, you can have a discount on the shipping.
