There is no other entry in that log file. Did you checked your credentials ? Did you enable the debug mode and perform another test ? Did you check that the plugin is right published ? What is the address you're using in the checkout ? Address for user was entered in the previous screen. Are you using a regular account or a guest account ? Regular Did you checked your credentials ? Several times, even tried the development credentials Did you enable the debug mode and perform another test ? Yes. Repeatedly. Nothing in the log. Did you check that the plugin is right published ? Yes. I even removed the plugin completely from the site, reinstalled it, and tried again. No change. Please understand that the CanadaPost Advanced plugin required a logged user and a valid shipping address. If you do not want to share your address, please try with a random address in Canada (like an official building, etc). Also, the postcode should not contain space.
