It seems like the plugin is calculating what USPS calcs to the general public, but is there a way they can add a discount to our account to make it more realistically like what we are actually charged? Cheryl")* Hello Cheryl, There's actually no option to control what's returned from the USPS platform as the Hikashop USPS shipping plugin is only responsible of : - Sending your customer order information (shipping address, product weight / dimensions, ..) during the checkout to the USPS platform - Retrieving and displaying data returned by the USPS platform However, a solution can be to directly add a negative value through the "Percentage" option through your shipping method configuration page to reduce the shipping price returned by USPS.
