We're planning on developing a new plugin from scratch. It will be cleaner, and will allow us to support more features of the API. I don't think we need to participate to a webinar. The documentation provided by USPS is clear, and much better than what they had before. I don't think we'll have a problem with it. Plus, I've already taken the liberty to create an account on the developer portal and got the necessary credentials. So I don't see anything that would block us.
