What else could I be missing?")* Hi, You need to set weight and dimensions in your products, and provide a shipping address during the checkout for the shipping method to be able to retrieve the rates. Also, you can activate its "debug" setting and then try again. And then, you can look at the "payment log file" setting of the HikaShop configuration. It should contain debug information about the issue at the bottom. The connection to the UPS server could not be established. 250002 Invalid Authentication Information. I have confirmed all the credentials. I have confirmed that the product added to the cart had dimensions and weight. Confirmed shipping address. Still no luck Any ideas? Also, make sure the environment you select in the settings of the shipping method correspond to the credentials. Using production credentials with the Customer Integration Environment won't work, and vice versa. If their server is responding with the "250002 Invalid Authentication Information", it means that there is a problem with the credentials or the UPS account. Maybe something needs to be activated in it. Either way, we can't help you on that, only UPS can.
