You should get an error message with more information on the problem. Feedback that back to the AI you used to create the plugin and it should be able to fix the code. Otherwise, tell us what you want to do. I doubt that a custom manual shipping plugin is the ideal solution. Maybe it's just a setting issue. If a customer has not enough credits he is allowed to change the credits in a coupon and pay the remaining part by bank. That works fine except for the shipping costs because that calulation uses total amount (to be paid by bank) for the calculation. In our case this should be the sub-total incl tax. How can we arrange that. If you're using a coupon during the checkout, it normally don't take into account shipping costs. That's why we added a "shipping percentage" setting so that the coupon can also reduced the shipping cost.
