I'm trying to set up Amazon payments. After some back and forth with Amazon, I was able to log into Amazon and select a payment method. When I clicked to pay it hung up on a long url (Below). In that case, turn on the debug mode and error reporting options of the joomla configuration and try again. Do you now get an error ? Does it take a lot of time for the blank page to finish displaying (mouse wheel spinning for half a minute or so) ? I tried getting help from Amazon but they are not helpful. I have not had any trouble getting other gateways to work. I decided to try Amazon again. It still doesn't work. It sends me to Amazon where I can log in, select the credit card, click next, and then it tries to bounce me back to my site but I just get a white screen. I didn't because I didn't want run a live transaction on my credit card before I had everything tested in sandbox mode. 2. I did that and can confirm the exact same error results that zipadyduda posted. Note that I can't test it on production mode, the best solution will probably be to directly contact Amazon about that error message.
