Your currency is set to use "," for decimals, and "." for groups of 1000. Could it be that the payment plugin does not match this, but is set up the other way around? Click onto "Euro" or "EUR", then look in the right pane under "Locale information" (Regionsinformation). Don't forget to save after you've made changes. I think you have two options: 1. Swap "," and "." in the shop currency settings, so a price reads like 1,999.00 If that's not what you want to do, 2. investigate the payment plugin, starting with its backend settings, eventually moving on to checking the code. If it's in the code, you can change it directly (not update-safe), or re-create a sort of copy of the plugin where the code is changed to your needs. --- Need help with customisations of layouts, style or other site development? They send me an email that they had this issue also in a former version... they are investigating it as we speak.... I'll keep you posted on here to explain the issue after it is solved.
