For the moment, you just have the plugin published but are not using this payment method. So in HikaShop > System > Payment methods, add and set up the Paypal Recurring method. Regarding the price, you must not set a price in akeebasubscriptions in order to use the HikaShop product price. Which akeeba subscription plugin are you using ?
