When orders are placed within The Netherlands everything is fine. All orders are paid including tax. As soon as the order is placed from another country (mostly Belgium), the tax is being deducted from the total and users can finish and pay their order without tax. Any help much appreciated. Are you sure that the problem is not that you restricted the tax rule in the menu System>Taxes to be limited to Belgium ?
