Loic")* Hi, Please confirm your order in the order details and not in the order listing. Otherwise, the email content you will send would be the content before the order modification (so without the downloadable files). Bonjour et merci ![:)](/media/kunena/emoticons/8.png ":)") One thing : I'd like the client to receive the files in their first mail (confirming creation of the order), without me having to confirm the order in the backoffice. That's what I don't understand : in Check settings (in payment method), I chose Confirmed when an order is placed, so every new order payed by Check is automaticaly Confirmed. And in the backoffice, they indeed appear as Confirmed. But the client doesn't receive the Confirmed Email (with files), they receive the mail without files (which I think is the "Creation of order" mail). Is there a subtility I don't understand ? Loic")* One more question to further understand how it works : I'm the client, when I pay by Paypal or Check - first mail I receive is "Creation of order" (in french, "Notification de création de commande"), which is n°3 in the email templates (backoffice) ? - When I pay, the order goes to "Confirmed" and I receive a second mail "Status of order" (in french, "Notification de statut de commande") ? It's only on that second mail that the files will appear under the product name ? If yes, why is there in the "Creation of order" template thel line {LINEVAR:PRODUCT_DOWNLOAD}, and why doesn't it show ? Loic")* Hi, Turn on the "Order status notification" setting of your payment method and that should help as it will send the order status notification when confirming the order. Otherwise, it's normal that you don't get the download links. The order status is changed to confirmed after the creation of the order, when the order creation email is already sent. Some payment methods directly creates the order with the confirmed status because the payment happened just before the creation of the order. And thus in that case, there is a need for the download links to be in the order creation notification, hence why you see that tag in the HTML version of that email.
