When my customer finish the payment, the order status in backend is still show "created", not confirmed. The Default order status setting is: created; confirmed order status setting is: confirmed. I am not sure what is missing. Thank you.")* Hello, In order to help you, can you provide these elements : - Can you provide a screenshot of your **configuration payment plugin** ? - Do you process some tests with the **sandbox mode** ? - Are you sure that your plugin **received payment notification** ? **Note** : If you don't know about payment notification point, process some test (with sandbox mode) **AND** with **Debug mode switch On**.
