Than you very much Kind regards")* Hi, You can find the "order ID" in the "invoice id" field of the transaction in PayPal. The order ID is used as part of the order number, but you can also search orders with the order id, so it should not be a problem. And HikaShop also stores the transaction ID in the order. When you open an order, you can see it at the bottom right, in the history data column. You are right: I've found PayPal's transaction ID in Hikashop but it is stored only for completed transactions, not for the voided ones, which still have a a transaction ID in PayPal and which I was using to test the platform. My order N. is 2016W0000000005 but in PayPal I've found only "5". That was confusing me. Is there any chance to have the whole order N. stored in PayPal? Thank you! Than you very much Kind regards")* Hi, It's the order id which is stored because the order ID cannot change and you cannot have different orders with the same ID. But the order number format can be changed and you can have different orders with the same order number based on how you configure the order number format and that would be problematic as PayPal would refuse the payment in that case. That's why we chose to use the order ID and not the order number in PayPal. Regarding invalid transactions, we'll look at adding the transaction ID in a future version. For now, it only stores the transaction ID for pending or completed transactions.
