You should contact directly the eWay support in order to have more details about the source of that issue. The plugin do not have errors ; it just display what the payment gateway replied. There is no scenario I can see in which the eway plugin wouldn't contact eway and it would display that error. That error message is displayed because that's what the payment gateway is sending back to HikaShop when it contacts it. In fact, I searched a bit and found someone else with the same error message and it was a problem in their eway profile: [ hikashop.com/forum/payment-methods/87082...ched-tag.html#170102](https://hikashop.com/forum/payment-methods/870820-eway-payment-problem-mismatched-tag.html#170102) So you might want to check on that.
