Unfortunately, it doesn't give much information. Try adding the code: echo '<p>Error : ' . curl_error($ch).'</p>'; after the line: echo "<p>No response from PayPal's servers, please try again. </p>"; in the file plugins/hikashoppayment/paypaladvanced/paypaladvanced.php That should provide an error message with more information on why the connection was rejected by PayPal.
