Note however that if you configured a "return URL" in your payment methods, that URL will be used instead of /index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=checkout&task=after_end and thus it's that URL that you'll want to track instead. Also, based on how you configured your payment gateway account, it might not redirect the customers back automatically to the website and in that case, they would only get tracked if they click on the button to go back to the shop on the payment gateway. Payment gateways and HikaShop can be configured in lots of different ways in order to accomodate with the different things you might want to do with it.
