If I click the New button I am taken to a white screen, with no formatting, that just shows a list of HikaShop menu items. I have attached a screenshot of the page. I have installed the latest version of Hikashop again in case something was missed. I see no other errors or have any issues with HikaShop. Has anyone ever seen this issue and know of a fix? Thanks, Eric")* Hello, Can you active the **Joomla Debug** to **maximum** level, and reproduce the error. You will have more data about the current error, and so create a new **screenshot** that will show more clue. Thanks, Eric")* You were spot on. It was the old Platron plugin. Since I would never be using that anyway I removed it. Everything works as it should now. Thank you for the help!
