So that text doesn't come from HikaShop. It probably comes from your payment plugin which might be specific to the Greek market. Which one are you using ? Where did you get it from ? Would you be able to provide a copy of the plugin's code ? Can you check the translation overrides for any override with an img tag ? The green message must be one of these I suppose since you can since a logo image displayed in that green area. So it's normal you see the CART_EMPTY message.
