Note that PayPal will automatically use the preferred language of the browser of the user. So, it should not be necessary to force the language for the PayPal interface. Also, next version of HikaShop will allow for overrides of payment plugin views. So you'll be able to do that change as an override so that you don't loose the change with future updates of HikaShop. The variable intl.accept_languages (viewable via about:config) contains the values de, en, en-US. If you enter de-DE here, it would work. Of course, that's not a solution, so I have to pass the parameter. I will use the override option in the future.
