I have not been able to add them to our record with in Hika without having them rebuy the product is there a way to do this? 3- Log-in after people purchase this product with files they need to be able to re access the files. I have the login plugin activated through Hika however there is no button or module etc. for them to actually input their login info and retrieve the files they have bought. You could try to activate the debug mode of paypal and look at the payment log file (the path is in the config under the tab files) after receiving the email. Thank you also for giving us a chance to use that component as a free version. I installed component with no problem at all. I added product category, product, tax category and one VAT rate, published local currency PLN, added joomla menu item with connection to the shop, entered shop and had an attempt to make transaction. Till that moment I did not noticed any malfunctions. Being logged in, I added single product to the cart, pressed checkout and added additional data for the transaction: address, and so on. I made one mistake: I input text string like "qwerty" in the telephone field. I got the following error in the front: and the following one in the back int the customers section, in the form which displayed the user who made fatal transaction: The "fatal" user got improper address (a default one with French location, not the location I choose from the form). Additionally system created new empty user record in customers section and made some errors in hikka tables (improper length of tables). I tried to remove that error so I corrected the tables with sql tools, removed address, and other records bound with the fatal transaction. After I removed the addresss - the error displayed in the back did not show up anymore. But error in the front still persists. According to the thread www.hikashop.com/en/support/forum/3-bug-...ble-fatal-error.html you were ready to inspect the system. My system is the test one. I install here components for inspection before installing them on a live site. How can I pass you the user and password details? Username : Password : huQRCooE ----- Now about 1 out of 2 or 1 out of 3 times I do this whole process, 2 different things happen: a. part of the time, I get this [see image unexpected_screen.jpg] and b. the rest of the time, it shows the billing address, method of payment, shopping cart below and the NEXT button This is the expected procedure as it: "Upon clicking on the activation link, your account will be activated and you will be able to continue your order" which to me means, I click on the activation link, it remembers my spot in the ordering process and let's me continue from there! I noticed that if I pay for my virtual item via check, it charges me the fee for the item ONLY. Once confirmed it is available for download in the orders section. This all works fine. I have however noticed that if I pay for my virtual product via paypal, when I get to the payment screen in paypal, it is trying to charge me postage..? I only have one postage fee set up which is for another item I am selling, which does need to be posted. My settings for the virtual product regarding postage are all 0 as obviously it doesn't need to be posted. Any ideas?")
