When I complete a payment with eps, I receive a message saying that the payment has been successful. When I click on the “Back to webshop” button, the message shown in the screenshot appears. However, I am not redirected anywhere; the window simply remains open. The amount is also refunded by PayPal. There is a field called “return URL.” I entered the address xyz.at/unterlagen/checkout/confirm there. Now the redirect to the shop works, but “The shopping cart is empty” is displayed instead of a text that contains, for example, the order number and reports the successful completion. The redirect should actually work even without an entry in the “return URL” field. Is there a solution for this?") This will display the full error message which will help us understand what's going on. With the small error message "invalid address (from)" on your screenshot, it seems that the problem comes from the sending of an email where the sender email address is empty or invalid. In this case, the first thing to check is the "From address" setting under the "Emails" section of the HikaShop configuration page: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...fig.html#main_emails If what is provided there is not a valid email address, it can produce the error message on your screenshot. Note also that when you edit an email via the System>Emails menu, you have a "From address" input field which can override the setting from the HikaShop configuration for this particular email. So I would recommend you to check there too for the different order emails. When you check the setting of the emails, please make sure you don't have a space in there. Hi, in the last week the PayPal payment option that offered a button for 'Debit/credit cards' only and offered a clean form that only took card information has disappeared. It has been replace by the old paypal page which tries to get people to login and/or sign up to PayPal as well as paying by cards. It has confused a lot of our customers who don't want to sign up/in and cancel their transaction. I don't know if anyone else has seen this but we haven't changed anything to do with that plugin to cause the change in behavior. We put in a support request as our test site is displaying the same issue. p.s. There was also an empty pop-up as part of the workflow which needed to be close to proceed.") Because of that, the data sent to PayPal is invalid and PayPal is refusing the payment to be made. I'm not sure the log is linked to the payment being accepted but the order not being confirmed by HikaShop. It might actually not be for the same order. If the issue happened for only one order and it works fine for other orders, it's probably that there is a problem with that order in particular. The payment methods used are: * Systempay payment plugin * Sogecommerce payment plugin Is there any known issue of order updates with these methods? The confirmation by e-mail I was talking about is the one sent to the payer by systempay. I do not think it is the Hikashop one. There is no information in the history area of the order. We started out on Joomla 1.3 and you have been there with us from the beginning. Bravo I am trying to get the PayPal Checkout to work. The client provided Merchant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret, and the Plugin page shows "Successfully connected (Payment feature)" However, the backend shows nothing in the section labeled "Accept credit card payments". And neither does the front-end show the credit card form. Please see screenshots attached. Is the client missing some setting in their PayPal account? Or have I made some setting incorrect?
