Please follow the message and look in the server error log for more information about this error. Namely, you should find the real error message in the php error log file (not the access log file). That will help us understand the problem and tell you what to do. I talked with server guys. they tell me below. "Can you please contact the script support in this regard as there are no issues with the actual script, its just fine working for other users. Thanks, Suranjit")* No one reported such 500 error which would only occur for one super user and not the other users so we wouldn't be able to tell you from where it's coming without the real error message from the php error log file. Please ask your server support for that log which should help us understand the problem a bit more...
