[3] Items exceeding the value of $149 and being Charged Shipping ... Then adding a Forth Item it gives me the free Shipping ?. I think it comes from the fact that the minimum price is check on the total price without taxes. Could you edit the file plugins/hikashopshipping/manual.php and replace, in the function onShippingDisplay, the 4 places where you have Code: $order->total->prices[0]->price_value by Code: $order->total->prices[0]->price_value_with_tax ?
