The prices include the VAT in both emails. Did you edit the emails via the menu System->Emails in a previous version and then updated HikaShop ? That would explain the differences as we actually changed that so that it is consistent. Thank you.")* Hi Nicolas, having HiKa Shop Essentials, I don't have this menu item (System -> Emails). I did change some translations under Configuration -> Languages. Last night I restored the backup from before the update (back to version 1.5.2) and the behavior is identical. Thank you.")* Hi, Ok, so maybe it could be because joomla wasn't able to update the email files. Could you try to open the content of the files in the folder media/com_hikashop/mail and make sure that there version number is 1.5.4 ? If that's not the case, you could upload the new version of these files by extracting the installation package on your computer and uploading them from the media/mail of the package to that folder viat FTP.
