Also when you click to enlarge the picture the screen goes dark but no popup appears. You have to refresh the screen to get back into the site. I have done nothing for 2 weeks on the products, I expect my client has changed prices etc so I have not idea what is going wrong here. Any help would be great I don't wish to start digging arouind if it's something obvious that'ds wrong. Suddenly my "show prices" was switched off. Easy enough to switch back on. Shipping options mysteriously have switched off too sometimes. (Force shipping regardless of weight). Pre-setup options seem to change sometimes when messing around with the Checkout Workflow. I've found i have to check and re-check most settings in the Configuration when I change the workflow etc. I like the product though, and the support is excellent.
