Thanks, Jérôme")* Hi, That error message does not give enough information so we can't say anything. We would need you to get the real error message in the PHP error log file of your hosting. If don't know how to get that, please ask your hosting company. Thanks, Jérôme")* Hi, I cannot activate error log on 1and1. But anyway, I think the file to be imported is too big. If I remove unecessary column from the csv file exported, i works.
