I've got several starting 0 - £10, £10.01 - £19.99 etc. The problem is the 0 - £10.00 rate is being applied to all orders, no matter how much they cost in total. One other thing, if I make this shipping rate £0.01 - £10.00 then I get "The total of your order is too low for all the possible shipping methods" message. It's like shipping is being calculated as if the total price is 0.
