I can't save anything from the System or Display tab. Everything else works fine. I upgraded to Business today but I still have the same issues. No problems if I use Firefox instead. Since I changed my checkout workflow in Firefox I have not been getting any error messages but when saving in Chrome nothing gets saved. I cleared the cache and restarted my system and it is now working. Tried with Chrome and Firefox and all is good. I installed starter version. Then just bought Business version and have been using Firefox whole time. Cleared all cache in Firefox but that didnt fix this issue. Went into IE9 and it worked. So i guess it is a cache thing in different browsers.... It has been reported on both firefox and chrome, but it doesn't happen all the time. For the Starter edition or the Business edition. And once you saved correctly on another browser it starts to work again. No matter if we save the settings on IE and then try with Chrome, the latter won't work. Even if we just visit the config page, make no changes and then click Apply, it will say "Your checkout workflow is empty. Checkout workflow invalid."
