Thanks")* Hi, Please change the line: $this->myErrorMessage = xml_error_string( $this->parser ); to: $this->myErrorMessage = xml_error_string( xml_get_error_code( $this->parser ) ); in the file plugins/hikashoppayment/eway/eway.php That should display the correct error message which should help you/us understand why it doesn't work.
