Please make sure that you entered the URL of your shop there. Otherwise, you might get such things. Concerning errors during the checkout, please make sure that you use the latest version of HikaShop. All the bugs reported to us so far have been fixed. Also, please make sure that you don't cache the checkout pages. Otherwise, it could indeed lead to strange behaviors. How do i ensure no cacheing on the checkout pages? I have a .htaccess file, can i make some sort of comments in there? Or is it in the backend of Joomla? You can activate joomla cache within the joomla configuration page but tehre is also the cache plugin which can be activated for another type of cache. Then, you could also have cache via the htaccess or other means. Looking at your website pages header, I can say that you don't have cache done by your browser.
