Because of that, you are still using the view file of your previous version and you don't have there the code to handle the votes and comments. You will have to backup your modifications and delete them in the file with the delete icon of the views listing for that view file. Then you should see the votes and comments interface if you configured them properly and you will be able to reapply your modifications to the new view file in order to get back your customization. But I can not access the file you posted here. Please tell me what I need to change in the css. The stars are showing in other module so I clicked on one and now they show on product. Not sure why.
