Did you turn on the "Display comments on product page" of of the Display tab of the configuration ? Did you turn on the display of vote in the hikashop options of your menus and modules ? Did you edited some of the products view files ? Since that feature was added to these views, if you edited the views, you won't of course see the new feature. If you had previously edited some of the view files of the products listing, it might explain why you don't see the product vote on products listings. In that case, you will have to remove your customizations and reapply them to the new versions of the view files (I'm thinking about the listing_img_title, listing_img, etc view files).
