In the Add New product page, the option Brand is not functioning and don't have any use at all if we cannot browse through products according to its brand.If we select a Brand in the New Product page, the product count of that brand is not reflected in the front page while displaying a module with "Brand" as "type of content" and Selecting "Show the number of products". Can anyone please explain the use of selecting the "Brand" while adding a product. The difference between the functionality of Discount and coupon in Hikashop starter. Under the parameter for products,there is an option- "Show discounted price"-"Display the discounted amount".But where is the option to enter the discounted price/percentage value for a product other than in the main "Discount" page and applying the coupon or discount during Checkout. The product counting for categories has been added recently to HikaShop. I didn't thought about the possibility to use it for brands and you're actually the first one talking about that. We'll put that on the todo list. 2. The goal of the brand feature is indeed to be able to display the products listing of that brand once you click on it on your front end. If that doesn't work, it means that there is something not configured properly. Could you do a screenshot of your module's hikashop options ? Of the hikashop options of the menu which is selected in the "menu" option of your module ? 3. A discount is applied automatically to the price of products. A coupon is added to the cart only if the user enters the code of the coupon during the checkout. 4. In the starter edition, coupons and discounts are global only. That means that if you add them, they apply to all the products.
