Could you try to turn on the debug mode of the joomla configuration so that we can see the queries on the product pages ? Also, can you check that all your products have a valid ordering value in the "ordering" column in the products listing of HikaShop ? For the shadowbox, the problem is that you have a javascript error with the nivooslider module you're using. It must be a problem with that product. Please double check its images.
