The debug mode is turned off on your website, so we can't look at the problem. The syntax error comes from the mod_blank15v51 module. It is something else and it's not related to that problem. PHP4 has been unsupported for more than a year now and could have security issues. Normally, they should be able to do that without too much trouble and it will solve that problem at the same time I think. If they can't do it, you can try to change the line: <input type="hidden" name="unique_id" value="[<?php echo md5(uniqid())?>]"/> to: <input type="hidden" name="unique_id" value="[<?php echo md5(uniqid('hika_'))?>]"/> in the file "step" of the view "checkout" via the menu Display->Views.
