I'm able to edit the rates with the checkbox+edit button without any error on my end. Indeed, the namekey cannot be changed once entered. You can always create a new one and edit your tax rules to use that new tax rate. (Unless a new release came out yesterday, this is the latest version, of HikaShop, Joomla! and all other components/modules/plugins. [I'm using the latest Firefox.]) Looks like I may have hit a refresh/cache-handling/formatter blip between HS, J! & FF.
