It looks like you create new zones and it could be logical that information sent to UPS are not valid. "No shipping method for your location" indicates that your shipping method is not valid for your current location. Thanks")* In your UPS shipping method, all the zone settings need to be set to that 223 USA zone, not to another. The system cannot link the USA with the id 4557 of your shipping method and the USA with the id 223 of your address. For HikaShop, it's like if you have two different countries which are not related together.
